HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT ORDERThomasDo not order from IKEA! Ordered this and other items. It took 3.5 weeks to arrive and it arrived utterly damaged and not even in shipping boxes - parts in a pile on my porch open box! Cannot reach customer service in a reasonable time. Chat Bot estimated 60 minutes only after about 5 minutes of circular questioning that wouldn't connect me with a live agent. I sat on hold by phone for 30 minutes. Was told a pick up date would be scheduled for the return but it never was. Just HORRIBLE!!!1

Shelf is nice, but assembly is overly complexNatalieThis is quite a complex assembly, I would avoid purchasing if possible. This is the large size I'm talking about. I have a moderate skill level at a minimum. Ikea should really re-think the assembly aspect of this unit3

Didn't even screw the shelves to the brackets as they fit nice and snug in them.5
