Overpriced for something so simple.DustinHonestly, for $90 a door, you could at least predrill some holes for handles. And don’t say you don’t do it because the door can be hung on the left or the right. There are other IKEA doors that come with pre-drilled holes that can be hung left or right, like Oxberg doors.3
Great affordable productMarkThis product works perfectly with our ikea cabinet PAX. We installed one for my wife and one for myself inside the office / secondary bedroom. They are amazing but it was an eyesore for my wife without these doors. It was about close to $400 for 4 doors (2 per PAX cabinet), but happy wife happy life. These are “plug and play” with the PAX cabinet, two hinges and two soft close hinges.5

Not white!SarahI designed a Pax Wardrobe using the design tool. Per the image shown on the design tool, the doors were the same white as the Pax wardrobe itself. Wrong! We had an IKEA task-rabbit employee assemble the wardrobe. When we saw the finished product, I gasped. COMPLETELY different white!! Looks horrible.1

This white color doesn't match White PAXKevinThe PAX design/builder makes this design look like a good match to the white PAX. The designer makes the doors look like a match to PAX. You'd think all the white doors that fit on the PAX shelf would be a color match to the white PAX frame but the color is actually slightly beige in color. All the other white doors will match the bright white PAX color but this one oddly doesn't. You can see the slight difference in the showroom with the PAX door display. The color difference is very apparent especially if you are mixing PAX with other white pieces in the room. Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying the doors without looking at them. Skip this and buy GRIMO (or more expensive TYSSEDAL). Its not exactly the same style but its similar and it actually matches the color.2

What is fibreboard?

Fiberboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fiberboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
