Feels UnsafeNatasiaThis item was easy enough to put together. It was okay at first, but it slides around on the floor when trying to use it. I always feel like I or my husband will fall when using it. Would be a lot better if there was some sort of non stick material on the legs that would keep it in place when using it. There are much safer options, that are cheaper, that can be found on Amazon.1

hard to put togetherAlexThis took much longer than necessary to put together. It was really hard to get the screws in all the way. Also, the GIANT SAFETY STICKER ON THE SEAT IS UGLY AND REALLY HARD TO REMOVE. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS IKEA. MAKE IT EASY TO REMOVE OR HIDE IT. I'LL TAKE MY CHANCES.3

Also, it’s not coated, so the wood is rough, which I do not care for. I want to be able to use it with bare feet, but I’d definitely get a splinter. Otherwise, it is sturdy and hangs up nicely.2

These little steps come with a very handy hook so you can hang them flat on the wall. Only minor issue is they are a bit stiff to open and close. They look great
