Not comfortable from startDENNIS I.Easy to assemble and transport. Looks good but it’s not comfortable when you seat on it. You will shrink when you seat even when you are just 140 lbs. it’s comfortable to sleep as a bed3
BalkarpBrad M.It is a bit stiff to sit on and as a bed will need a topper to make it more comfortable and sits very low to the floor. That being said it is great for little ones as my great grandson who is 14 months can climb onto all by himself and he and his two yo brother will not get hurt falling off when they play around. It is easy to wipe off when they spill things so all in all it gets 4 1/2 stars from me.4

Comfortable, but...LynetteMy guest said the futon is comfortable to sit on, but they had to decide which side of the futon to sleep on because of the slight dip between the cushions. After testing it out myself, I see that I will need to get a thick mattress topper before anyone else sleeps on it. Otherwise, it's a good, sturdy piece of furniture.4

Very uncomfortable - Don't cut off the tags!Chad H.Do not cut off your tags!!!! The futon felt good in the store. When we got it home, we could not stand to sit on it for more than a couple of minutes. We really tried to like it as we have really enjoyed all our other Ikea items. I tried to return it the following Saturday but was refused because I had removed the obnoxiously large tags. This was our first return for an Ikea item. Ikea lost a long-time customer who has spent almost $19,000 at THAT store. All over an uncomfortable futon. We will be taking our business elsewhere due to their return policy.1
