This is now my favorite rolling pinSoniaI have rolling pins with handles, a small plastic one for pastries, even a stainless steel rolling pin but I always wanted to try this one and the price was great for that. This is now my favorite rolling pin. Having no handles makes it more comfortable for me to use, it is lighter and rolls beautifully. Upon arrival you feel the smell of nature with the acacia pin, I love it! To protect the wood, before using the first time, I applied food-safe mineral oil to seal it and prevent moisture and bacteria from penetrating. Done in a second, easy to maintain to preserve the wood's condition.
