In love! JudyPurchased 4 units for panty makeover. Pantry went from 3 feet to twice that plus few inches for total of 78, and just a smidgen. Had to cut the leg off the one in the far corner just enough to fit on the baseboard so the 4th could squeeze through for a perfect seamless fit. Not using the backs (always a pain to nail on anyways. Planning to cut out a bit from each back “leg” to fit over the baseboards for a flat fit against the wall. I really hemmed and hawed over buying these, so happy both my renovations and I idea for using these worked out to the max. My measurements were incidental…and not intentional and these units were just perfect. Looking forward to them looking great for many years. Thanks IKEA for always producing sleek, beautiful and well made products. Oh, assembly was a breeze. Each one taking me about 10 minutes since I’ve long ago got the IKEA assembling down pat.

Very stylishAdeleI bought two of these bookshelves and am very happy with them. They were reasonably priced, very well constructed, and easy to assemble. They're very stylish and the shelves are wide enough to hold a lot of books, as well as plants and other decor.
Great value for a bookcase, but the smell didn't go away AndrewAs soon as I removed all the pieces from the box, it omitted a very strong, wooden smell.
While I thought it would go away within a few days, the product continued to offgas for a month. I'm not sure if it's the wood itself or the glue they used, but it gave me a headache after a few hours of being within my room. Even with opening a window, using AC, and using an air purifier with activated carbon, it sadly didn't go away.
Since then, the BAGGEBO has been returned for a refund and the room is back to having its neutral smell.
As a bookcase, it was very easy to assemble and it fit all my textbooks/school binders no problem. While it's a great value, the smell is very distracting unless you provide yourself some type of sealer to combat the offgassing. Not sure if I received a bad batch or if this is common with all of IKEA's particleboard products.
Excellent shelvesLaiaI have a small and shallow nook in my new apartment, and these shelves are perfect for making it a functional pantry space. The assembly was very easy. They are a good height for me (I'm 5'2") to be able to comfortably reach everything without needing the step ladder like I do with taller shelf units.

Small shelvesLisaI like these smaller shelves for my basement storage. It fits the area that I needed and we’re inexpensive.
BAGGEBO Series and depthEdenHad to settle for BAGGEBO shelves since BILLY bookcases are not available. The BAGGEBO is easy to assemble and looks nice does not take up much room. I just don’t understand why they all are not the same depth. It would look much cleaner to have the different heights with the same depth. Also the hardware on the sides is visible and should match the finish. I think for less than $40 they are worth it even if it’s a temporary solution to your storage needs.
