BACKLAG is the perfect ceiling fan for small rooms. With its 3 fan blades, 3 speed settings, reversible airflow and LED light bulb, it offers nice comfort all year round.

Product details

Ceiling fans play an important role in creating a comfortable home environment by efficiently circulating the air in the room.

Equipped with three 44-inch blades, this ceiling fan is ideal for smaller bedrooms or guest rooms.

You control the ceiling fan with the 2 pull chains – one to switch between the ceiling fan's 3 speeds and one to turn the lighting on/off.

All homes are different. That’s why our ceiling fans can also be mounted on ceilings with a slope of up to 18 degrees.

You can change the ceiling fan's airflow depending to the season – counterclockwise during the warm months to enjoy a nice breeze, and clockwise during chilly days to distribute the heat downwards.

Adjust the height of the ceiling fan by completing with an extension down rod, sold separately.

    Care

    Check the support connections, brackets and blade attachments twice per year to ensure they are secure. The fan does not need to be removed from the ceiling.

    Clean your fan regularly with a soft brush or lint-free cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents as this can damage the product.

    There is no need to oil your fan, as the motor contains sealed ball bearings which are permanently lubricated.

  • For safety's sake, hang out of reach of children.Minimum distance from the fan blades to the floor should be 6.9'.

Surprisingly decentIanIn true IKEA fashion, they've made installing a new ceiling fan relatively easy, as long as you have a ceiling box capable of holding one up. The instructions are the standard fare, and the build quality for a fan this cheap was actually quite nice (can't go up to feel it on the showroom floor, at least, I didn't ask). I did have some wobble after install, which IKEA has prepared for with an included balancing kit. I'm knocking off a star mainly due to the aesthetics. The singular bulb and chains detract from an otherwise modern looking fixture. I'd also wish that there was an option to go without the downrod (such as a flush-mount, ceiling "hugger" fan) - the fan hangs a little low in my room with an 8 ft ceiling. For the price though, it moves great air, better than any pedestal fan that I have, and will work until I want to change my aesthetic. (To IKEA, there might be a market for mods to this, please make it happen)4
