Cheap and poor instructionsNateAll these parts have individual directions and no directions for a set that you buy. Its up to you to figure out how they connect to the other parts and what order to do it in. Also typical Ikea, no actual words to go with the pics for instructions.
Quality is cheap too. It works but I don't expect it to last long.

Sturdy rail; make sure to hit a studLuisWe haven't put much clothes hanging off these but so far so good. Make sure to hit a stud or use the wall anchors. I drilled a hold in the bar to make sure I hit the stud and also used the wall anchors on the predrilled holes. Overall works great. System: We used the grey Aurdal system for a bedroom closet. The hardest part was making sure to get the back supporting rail at the appropriate height and properly secured to the wall (studs). Building it went smooth. We did it in sections. My son at 2 years old has been helping me put together his Ikea bedroom furniture (dresser, nightstand and closet system)! Pretty straight forward. Holding up well for the past month or so. The grey color is great and gives a nice pop. We have received many compliments on it. Strong and durable. There are no slow close drawers (most likely because of the smaller depth compared to the deeper PAX system we build in our master walk-in closet). Would highly recommend the system for closet use, etc..

Lack of adjustability, lack of direction, cheaply madeSamanthaThese bars do not have enough adjustability in length. I had to to take down the support bar twice to adjust to these bars and it was extremely frustrating. There should be a warning in the book “may cause fight with your partner” anyway was hoping for an easy upgrade for my closet and I regretted it fully. The instructions don’t give you enough information on how to put the whole system together. I wish I could just break the whole thing down and return in. I’m sure it’s a great system and I do overall like it in my closet but it’s cheaply made and is easily damaged due to lack of clarity when putting it together. Ikea, you are a multibillion dollar company.Please put more working into making an easier and error free experience for your customers and make clear instructions or even videos on how to put items together.
