Looks great, leaks immediatelyLaurenWanted to love this but it leaked, professional recommended we get a different brand1
Great replacementDonnaGood looking and well priced! I wish it had a pull out sprayer.4
Love it, but expect it to leak after 2 yearsAnonymous reviewerOverall, great day to day. After 3 years and hose began leaking. IKEA replaced under warranty but in looking for parts learned that this seems to happen after 2-3 years for many people and I can expect it to happen again. Managed to find a inner hose replacement part and hopefully installing will be ok.3
Excellent SalihGreat product 5
Leaked immediately, couldnt get parts. Anonymous reviewerSo for the good. This faucet is well priced, looks nice, and sleek. The bad, on install, the hot water line leaked at the connection. tried several things to get it to stop. Decided that it could be the gasket bad from factory. Checked Ikea for parts, none to be had. Gasket is not standard, has built in screen. Tried a new standard gasket, still leaked. I returned it. Ikea took back no problems on the return.2
hose leaksScottWe really liked the styling of this faucet but the fact that the pull out hose leaks after just a couple of years is dissapointing. Along with other reviewers this seems to be a typical problem.1
Pretty but eventual hose deffectBerthaHi, the hose began to leak after a couple of years. From what I'm reading here, there are no replacement parts, I really liked this faucet but don't know what to do to fix it??4
Leaks NickolasMine leaks from the handle and also drips . I can’t find my original receipt for the faucet . I live 250 miles from the closest ikea. I called them and they due to the price point I can exchange it for another one without a receipt. It’s just the matter of the trip there to do it . 1
Love itBethIt is perfect 5
LEAKS + NUMEROUS COMPLAINTSDirkI thought i was the only person encountering this issue. Not so. Leaks from the bottom of the handle--sporadically--but consistently sporadic. Is it true that IKEA will reimburse the faucet after buying a new one that does not have the problem including the cost of repair by a service person?1
Works wellJulieWe bought this as part of a complete kitchen remodel, we have used it for about 2 months now and have no issues. I like that pull-out spray nozzle. Sleek and compact. 5
It will leak and IKEA will not help youAndrewThe 10 year warranty is a lie. When this started leaking 2 years after purchase, I went to the IKEA store to buy a replacement. I was told to contact support. However, multiple emails and phone calls and voice mails later I have yet to receive any reply. You may as well write a message in a bottle and throw it in the ocean for a higher chance of getting a response.1
I like itYaI love their design contains saving water as well!5
Don't buy thisAdDon't buy this faucet it is junk, good for three to 4 years, I have bought 2 since July 2017 both want bad, both start leaking after less then 4 years of use and no warranty because no receipt and they have on the system that I bought from them I bought the same one because no other models will fit on the cut I had on counter top.1
Leaking hoseBrianFaucet worked ok for a while, hose on pull down started leaking, it may be the bend radius of the pipe is too tight, a design flaw! And I see there’s no replacement hose, not too green, as it goes into the landfill.2
ReplacementJohnPull down nozzle leaked on original. Needed to replace entire fixture.5
only lasted 2 yearsAmandastarted leaking at the faucet head two years after we installed it, getting water everywhere1
Looks and works like an expensive faucet JoseAmazing value and quality. Simple. Modern. 5
DO NOT BUY IsaacThere is no way to buy a replaceable hose if you don’t have a receipt. You will have to buy an entire new faucet. Horrible, low quality proprietary parts. 1
LeakedVictoriaWe had this about 2 years and it started to leak. So I was a bit disappointed. Overall it looks nice. Many times, the cord wouldn't go all the way down. Overall, was just ok. So buy at your own risk.2

Material

What is brass?

Brass is a mixture of copper and zinc and the amounts vary depending on the desired properties. Copper is usually the main material and the more zinc you add results in the brass being harder and stronger, but also results in it being more difficult to shape and less resistant to rust. Brass can be recycled as brass but never into its original metals. At IKEA we use brass for things like knobs, handles, frames and taps.
