bad color, bring back previous designHeatherIkea used to have the best battery powered candles. They had pillers and tea lights. Sadly, instead of adding tapers, they scraped that design completely. These don't have a good color or flicker like the old ones did. I wish they would bring back the old ones and add tapers.

One worked, one did not. :(EvaI purchased these candles to go into some vintage IKEA candle holders. Unfortunately, only one candle worked. The other one did not, even after trying other batteries. I tested the batteries so it's not that. Since IKEA is nearly 100 miles away from my home, it's difficult to return it to the store. So sad.

Annoying stickersKatharineDisappointed that each candle has difficult to remove stickers all over (which leave tons of residue when you finally do remove them). Also wish the temperature of the light were a bit warmer. However, I like that they have a semi realistic flicker and the timer feature.
no option to turn off timerLeongreat candles. i would prefer this item to have option to turn off timer so it never goes off, or a version of this that is always on.
Great at the beginning ButterfieldThese candles look great but the timers don’t work as advertised. I have a candle in each of my 17 windows and although they are all set at the same time they turn on at different times.

The hue is quite cold but since they don't flicker they aren't trying to pretend they are close to real. I keep them separate from other decorative lighting because of the mismatched hue.

Great background candlesHenryYou wont mistake these for real candles but at under 10 dollars a pair they are significanty cheaper than more realistic led candles. they fit candle holders well and give off a pleasing soft white (not candle flame color) glow, they have aut8 shut off amd would be perfect for a buffet table or in a hallway etc.
Harsh, cold light, not cozyRobinI purchased these because the lovely flameless Godafton candles were discontinued, assuming they would at least be similar. But the light is cold and harsh. Not comfortable to look at and not even remotely cozy or realistic. Plus, the multiple stickers on each candle leave sticky residue that immediately looks grimy and will require a solvent to remove.
Not what I expectedMary“Flames” do not flicker like previous models. They are plastic with product stickers that leave awful residue ( not authentic wax like previous.
How Many Ways Do I Love TheseLaurieIn an ideal world, I'd have only real-flame candles. But in a practical world, these are just the perfect fill-in. And did I say perfect! To my surprise, there were TWO candles in the box, making them preposterously inexpensive. But get this. these candles actually flicker, dimming and brightening in the most realistic way. And MORE, they turn themselves off after some hours, and, I"m not kidding, turn themselves back on at the same time the next day. I really cannot comprehend how they can have these features at this price point. but for the times you just want a glow, (which, we NEED a glow a lot in the dark days of winter!), this is your easy ticket.
Great candles easy to useBryanThese are great candles easy to use. Only have one wish, and that is that the regulatory stickers were easier to remove. If you leave the one you loose much of the allure.
Great CandlesLylaThey are quite large at the base so they did not fit the sconces I ordered but regardless I managed to make it work. They flicker beautifully and glow like a real candle. I love them.
