Everything gets stuck on itYolandaAs far as weight and size, it's fine. The problem is pet fur gets imbedded in the fibers. The fabric attracts EVERYTHING and cannot be easily shaken off. Since I am donating mine for recycling, I went ahead and dried on delicate and they came out fine. I had been air drying prior to decision to get rid of them.

Nice cheap little throw blanketJenniferIt's not heavy, not sure why people are complaining since they know how light it it. I use where my cat sleeps so I can wash bedding. I dry it in the dryer & it does seem to grab all the lint & fur from everything but oh well it was cheap. Would be great for cold restaurants, movie theaters or the car if you're a bit chilly. But it's not a winter blanket.

Super thin now and can't go in the dryer?????SuzanneI've bought several of these over the years - they are not the same! Paper thin and not as soft. Also I always threw the old ones in the washer AND dryer (it's white, it gets dirty!) however the new one can't be dried. I guess I'll rig up a clothes line for this single item (not happening!). I would rather IKEA raise the price vs dropping the quality so very far.

Light Weight Workhorse Throw Anonymous reviewerLight weight for when you need just a little something on your knees and feet. Washes well but over time (20 plus washings) it gets dingy. At that point I repurpose it by cutting it up and use it repeatedly as a cleaning cloth.
Not like they used to make itKimI went on ikea.com to purchase replacements for this blanket; I use these fleece blankets for my business display tables. The price may be the same but the quality is half. Sadly, these blankets are half as thick, smaller and just not worth it. I would be more than willing to pay more if these were like the old ones offered.
