Pull out trayEdithI should have purchased most of my shelves as pull out trays. Now I must return and purchase these as it is much easier to get to the shoes in the back if you pull the tray out

Faulty ScrewsAnonymous reviewerFunctional design is ok. However, the screws don't fit correctly. I had to tap the female receiving threads in order for the screws to fit correctly. Also, it would have been good to have extra screws in the package. I had to wait more than 2 weeks for extra screws to arrive. Overall, the IKEA engineering team and manufacturers need to correct this issue as this issue has been unresolving.
