FlimsyLaurelI put this entire wardrobe together only to discover that the dowels did not keep the front of the drawer together. The pre made holes where the dowels connect the front of the drawer have split apart leaving the drawer unless. The drawer itself fell apart from the front cracking the particle board. I wish this was better quality. I tried mending it using wood glue but it remains useless. Very disappointed in this product. It looks fabulous in store but lacks quality once home.
Not the size it states.ShannaSo I bought this for my custom closet based on the frame width of 29 1/2” which is exactly what mine is. When I get it to the house. It’s much smaller. About 27” when rails are on. I’m not sure the big difference but the sizing is not accurate

Wish they operated well RobertThese look nice and are easy to install up to the last step. Unfortunately the last step is really hard, securing glides to the bottom of the drawers and slipping them in. They don’t mount well to the rods and once installed are very hard to pull out and push in. They make a grinding noise. I do like the design and look much better than the 3/4-framed glass drawer. I find it nice to be able to see the contents easily vs the drawers in my unit that are not glass front. $55 is a little expensive for this item when you add up several.

Nice look but breaks easilyJoyI've brought a few pieces of this closet for my walk in closet system. They look beautiful installed but the durability is poor. I return two in the past and received two new ones and those collapsed in the middle as well. The bottom isn't real wood and once the material slopes it no longer fits into the grooves create for the drawer which cause the bottom to drop down. A bracket to support the bottom of the drawer would be most helpful and make this a great product. I'm open for any suggestions bcuz I need these drawers to be sturdy.

Break easily! Save your money! Nicole We have a total of 5 of these between two Pax wardrobes. They are a huge disappointment. The bottom of the drawers don’t stay in place and bow and cannot be fixed. They looked great at first, but now we have to replace them. We are going to stick to the mesh drawers instead. They use different rails so we cannot even reuse those! Really such a waste!
