On the top side of the screwdriver is a magnet that holds your bits and screws in place while you work.

Issue with TRIXIG Drill Battery – Battery No Longer ChargesYounghunI used my TRIXIG drill only once and then stored it indoors. When I recently tried to use it again, I found that the battery had completely discharged and would no longer accept a charge.
I tried multiple USB-C chargers and cables that I know work properly, but the battery remains completely unresponsive.
I am very disappointed that a battery with virtually no use has failed completely. After reading other customer reviews describing the same issue with batteries arriving dead or becoming unusable, I am concerned that this may be a known problem with this product.
Could you please let me know what IKEA can do in this situation? I don't think it's reasonable to purchase a replacement battery when the original one failed after being used only once.
I would appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.

Battery is dead and won’t chargeEmmalineCrazy to sell something without a charger provided. After trying numerous of my own chargers I’ve determined that the battery is completely dead. Waste of 54$ and Im not about to buy another battery based on other people’s reviews of dead batteries from “brand new” packages. Is ikea selling a known faulty item? Seems like it.
Battery Was Defective TwiceAviIt was great to find a drill at this price point, but unfortunately the battery was defective right out of the box. I exchanged it for another one, hoping the first was just a fluke, but the replacement battery was DOA as well.
After trying multiple USB-C cables and power brick combinations with no success, it seems like there may be a serious quality control issue with this product. Having the same problem happen twice does not feel like a coincidence. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Great Drill with strong powerErikaI wanted to get a drill that was portable easy to carry but has strong power for bigger jobs. I was able to install door handles and some shelves using this tool and it works great. Easy to use and maneuver takes some time to get used to adjudting some settings here and there. But overall great purchase for my buck.

Does the job!NicoleWhen my husband and I got married, I teased him for only having an IKEA power screw driver, when I had a bigger, more mainstream one. :P Over time, his old one was replaced with a more powerful one. *We did keep his until it eventually died, he’d had it for years.
Well, here we are many years later & I’m in my 40’s. My hands don’t have the same grip or strength they once did, and my power drills with the removable batteries are just too heavy most times. I also don’t need something super powerful for general, indoor household jobs.
So, I had to tell my hubster I was sorry for the teasing all those years ago & bought this drill. :D
It looks nicer than the old one. It comes with one removable/rechargeable battery, and space in the box for an additional one, sold separately. Our old drill had to be directly plugged in, and eventually stopped charging altogether, so it’s nice to have the option of backup battery.
This did NOT come with driver bits or a charging cord. It takes USB-C.
Great Value!DaveWhile shopping at IKEA I saw this drill and just had to buy it. What a bargain at $35 USD, when you can easily spend $100+ USD for a name-brand drill. I love the fact the battery pack can be charged using a standard USB-C cable instead of having to use a proprietary charging station. The drill itself is well constructed, has a clutch, and had a magnet spot on the top of the drill to hole screws. The only thing this drill doesn't have is a light, which is fine with me. It does come with a plastic case which has a spot for an additional battery. Which brings up another good point, in that additional battery packs can be purchased for $15 US which is also a bargain. Time will tell how sturdy or durable this drill is.
