    Easy to install drawer, but soft closer isn't the bestBrentI purchased 10 of these drawers and installed them in a Pax that was as level as I could get it. A few of the drawers have to be firmly pushed in before the soft closer engages. Others can be more gently pushed in and the soft closer works well. Overall, they work well and hold a lot of clothing. Ikea also sells multiple options for partitioning the drawers.4

Furthermore, they all broke at the same spot, indicating weak point für to poor design or quality issues. We had 8 drawers total in two different cabinets. 7 out of those 8 drawers broke at the point where they attach to the sliders.1

    Disappointed of hardware quality and assembly instructionsTaliAfter installing the first one and trying it, there was cheap spring noise every time I open and close the drawer. I tried the 2nd and 3rd, and exact same noise. I went to the Ikea store and asked them to see the drawer tracks they had as replacement part, and it also made the same noise, so I have decided to return these all together including the frames as drawers were big part of my design. I tried to look in the show room, but the amount of noise there was impossible to hear it. On top of that, the instructions don't match the bracket hardware and the Ikea sales rep agreed with me that it's confusing. Online reviews full of videos of how to install these drawers and frames and they all agree that the instructions are quite bad. Sorry but I typically like Ikea products, my entire kitchen is Ikea and I love it, but this one doesn't work out.2

    Amazing drawersBriannaThese drawers are so wide & deep. They fit a TON of clothes. I’m always mindful of over stuffing but even with just appropriately putting clothes in they really hold everything. I think my husbands drawer has 30+ shirts in it. Excellent quality!5

The entire mounting assembly has been re-engineered for the better, why not the drawers as well. Take a cue from Kitchens, full extension is everything!4

    Quality decline from 2020KatiMy husband and I purchased the PAX system for a closet remodel in 2020. The 2020 Komplement drawer sliders were MUCH higher quality, you could just slightly push the drawers and they would slide in and slow-close. These ones you have to assist all the way to close. Pretty lame, very disappointing. They also did not include the nice plastic cover that goes over the top front of the slide rail. Cutting costs and reducing quality, I'm over Ikea junk. Regretting installing this PAX system versus doing a custom closet build.2
