Account creation & maintenance questions

Q: How can I register for an IKEA Business Network account? 

A: It's free and easy to register for an IKEA Business Network account.  You can do this online today, and you will receive your digital card when you sign up.  If you join the IKEA Business Network, you can start to enjoy the benefits right away.

Q: What is the difference between non-Admin users and Admin users? 

A: Non-admin users can access the benefits of the IKEA Business Network and view and change details related to their personal profile.  

Admin users can also access the benefits as well as view and change details related to the company account. Admin users can:

  • See past transactions and access receipts from purchases made by any colleague on the company account
  • Add colleagues to the company account
  • Delete the company account
  • Assign admin rights to users on the company account

Q: How can I add colleagues to my account? 

A: If you are an Admin user on your company account, you can log in to your customer profile page, click through to 'Colleagues' and click 'Invite colleague'. You can choose to assign them admin rights or no admin rights. Enter their email and position in the company and they will receive an invite to join your IKEA Business Network account. Make sure that the email address of your colleague is not yet associated with an IKEA account (such as IKEA Family).

Each colleague will be assigned their own digital card.

Q: The Admin user for my company account is no longer with the company. How can we assign a new Admin user? 

A: Please make sure the Admin user assigns a new Admin user before they leave. Otherwise, please call IKEA at 1-888-888-4532 to help you assign a new Admin user to your company account.

Q: Multiple IKEA Business Network company accounts have been accidentally created, what should I do? 

A: If multiple accounts are accidentally created for your company, please ask the Admin user of your company account to update and maintain one company account and delete remaining accounts. Please note that you will lose any transactional history and all account details on the accounts that you delete.

Q: I already have an IKEA Family account. Can I also have an IKEA Business Network account so that I can shop for my business? 

A: IKEA Family customers can also have an IKEA Business Network account to shop for their businesses by registering using an email address connected to your business entity. That email address must be unique to your IKEA Business Network account and cannot be connected to any other IKEA programs such as IKEA Family.

Q: What is an IKEA Business Network account and what do I get with an IKEA Business Network account? 

A: IKEA Business Network creates a more personal and tailored relationship with IKEA. By knowing your needs and challenges, we can create a better everyday life together - for you and your company.  Becoming an IKEA Business Network customer is free to join. As an IKEA Business Network customer, you will receive relevant inspiration and communications adapted to the industry of your business. As an Admin user, you will also be able to invite your colleagues to join the company account.

Q: What is the IKEA Business Network and what benefits do I get from joining?

A: The IKEA Business Network is our new global loyalty club that supports small businesses and helps them create a better life at work. It has been developed for small businesses with less than 50 employees, but we welcome businesses of all sizes. It's free to join. As well as the relevant communications and offers you get with an IKEA Business Network account, IKEA Business Network customers get access to exclusive benefits. Q: How do I access the benefits?

A: You can access our interior design service, Learn with IKEA content, and Perks for your people by logging in to your customer profile page online and visiting the ‘Benefits’ tab. To access IKEA Family offers with our special customer discounts, log in to your IKEA Business Network account and browse for products. At the checkout, ensure your IKEA Business Network customer number is present so discount is applied. When shopping in store, access IKEA Family offers by scanning your IKEA Business Network digital card at the checkout. Plus, get a free tea or coffee by scanning your digital card at the IKEA Swedish Restaurant.

Card questions 

Q: Where can I find my digital card? 

A: You can find and keep your IKEA Business Network digital card in the following places: 

  • By logging in to your IKEA Business Network customer profile on IKEA-USA.com
  • In each IKEA Business Network email
  • Saved to your mobile phone as an image
  • Saving the card on Google pay, or Apple wallet
  • Calling IKEA at 1-888-888-4532 to receive your digital card by email

Q: How do I use my IKEA Business Network digital card? 

A: Please remember to scan your digital card when shopping with us in store or enter your identification number when shopping with us online to track your past transactions and access receipts. 

Account security questions

Q: I've forgotten my email or password, what should I do? 

A: You can request a new password by selecting “Forgot your password” on the login page. If your email address is registered with us, we will send you an email with a link to create a new password.

If you have forgotten your email address, please contact IKEA at 1-888-888-4532.

Q: I tried to sign up with my email address and it says I already have an account. 

A: You may have another account with IKEA such as an IKEA Family account with the same email address. Please use a different email address for your business to register as an IKEA Business Network customer. 

Q: How do I delete my IKEA Business Network account? 

A: If you are an Admin user on your company account, you can log in to your customer profile page and delete the company account in the 'Your Company' section by clicking 'Edit' next to the company details. Note: all purchase history and all account details will be permanently deleted.

If you are not the Admin user, you cannot delete the company account. 

Q: How do I delete my customer profile? 

A: If you are an Admin user you can log in to your customer profile page and click through to 'My profile' to delete your personal profile. If you are the only Admin user on the company account, please assign a new Admin user first; then you will be given the option to delete your profile. If you do not assign a new Admin user, your IKEA Business Network account will be deleted.

If you are not the Admin user, you can log in and click through to 'My profile' to delete your customer profile.

Q: How can I delete a colleague from my account? 

A: If you are an Admin user on your company account you can call IKEA at 1-888-888-4532 to delete a colleague’s profile.   

If you are not the Admin user you cannot delete colleagues from the account.
