Pick-up with Click & Collect is available at all IKEA store locations. Once everything has been added to your online shopping cart, select Pick-up at IKEA at check-out to find a participating IKEA store near you.

You can make a purchase when you pick up your order at IKEA store locations only.  Please check stock and availabilty as not all IKEA locations carry all products. Purchases cannot be made at Pick-up points or pick-up locations operated by a third party.

Order pick up with Click & Collect at an IKEA store is free.

Order pick-up at a Pick-up point location is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, pricing starts at $5.

Yes, during checkout, you can add the name of the person who will collect the order under the alternate collector field. When they go to pick up the order, they must provide the order number and valid government-issued photo ID to receive the order.

At this time, we only allow customers to designate an alternate collector during check-out. If you’re no longer able to pick up the order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order with the intended alternate collector listed.

Our standard pick-up window is 24-48 hours.  However, some locations allow a longer window.  Please refer to the "Your order is ready" email and/or SMS for details.

If you are unable to pick up your order by the date specified in the "Your order is ready" email and/or SMS, we will return your order and a refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

Be sure to bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email. Once you arrive at the pick-up location, a representative will help you retrieve your order. After that, you're on your way home to enjoy your purchase. 

At this time, you cannot make any modifications to your order after it has been placed.  If you would like to make changes to your order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order.

You will receive an email and/or SMS notifying you that your order is ready for pick up. You must provide your order number and valid government-issued photo ID to receive your order.

Items purchased at IKEA-USA.com can be returned at IKEA stores or by contacting our aftersales team at 1-888-888-4532. Our system allows a specific quantity of an item to be sold in one day through Click and Collect. Once we reach this capacity or if there is limited stock available, the item will appear as out of stock during checkout.

To make things more convenient for you, we are opening new  locations throughout the US, including Pick-up points. So if you're not near a store,  Pick-up points  allow you to choose a pickup location and.you can easily get our products closer to you. 

When placing your online order, you will select the desired pick-up date and time convenient to you. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up.

Pick-up locations operated by a third-party provider allow you to choose to pick up your IKEA parcel deliveries at 2,000+ secure nearby FedEx locations nationwide.

When you are checking out, you will be asked to input your zip code. If this service is offered in your area, it will pop up with your local FedEx pick-up point options. Then select the location and date that is convenient for you.
