Can I request right to be forgotten? (data privacy)
Customers may request to have their information removed.
Under the rights of the CCPA, California consumers can submit a Data Subject Request (DSR) to exercise their right to access or right to be forgotten. IKEA has adopted this working method for all US customers regardless of where they live.
Consumers can submit the DSR requests through:
- Online webform
- Calling IKEA tollfree at 888-888-4532
- Visiting an IKEA store (California locations only)
If you'd like to be removed from mailings, emails or text messages, or delete your Family card, please visit our privacy policy on IKEA.com at the bottom of our website.
