Can I collect points from IKEA Family in several profiles, give my points to someone else or exchange them for cash?
Points are non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for monetary value.
In order to have the best experience with rewards from IKEA Family, points will be accumulated in the IKEA Family card that is presented during the transaction and are not transferable, not refundable and can not be exchanged for money.
Points can only be used to choose rewards on offer through the IKEA Family account (via the IKEA web site or mobile app). The rewards can be enjoyed by shopping through the IKEA website, mobile APP, or in-store and when contacting us.
