I didn't receive the total amount of points from IKEA Family for my purchase.
Points can be granted in multiple stages, depending on the type of purchase you've made.
Points can be granted at multiple stages of your purchase depending on the type.
For example:
- Self-service articles have their corresponding points granted on payment.
- Orders in general have the points granted on order completion, meaning.
- If you have an order with delivery the points are granted after the delivery.
- If you have an order created in-store to be picked up in the Goods Handout area, points are granted after the goods have been given to you.
Please keep in mind that, even after order completion, points can still take up to 72 hours to be granted.
