What happens if Task Rabbit doesn't mount my chest of drawers, shelf unit, bookshelf, etc.?
If a Task Rabbit Tasker does not complete their task (i.e. furniture assembly and mounting), please call Task Rabbit at 844-340-8275 for further assistance.
Mounting is available for most IKEA items. Taskers should follow assembly instructions and secure items to the wall when specified. Task Rabbit hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:00 pm CST. Please note, IKEA does not offer refunds for Task Rabbit services.
If you require spare parts for your assembly and/or mounting services, call IKEA Customer Support Center for further assistance.
