Why can't I save my kitchen design?
Make sure you are logged into your IKEA Family account, or create an account, to be able to save your kitchen design.
In the top right corner of the Kitchen planner tool, you will find the option to save your kitchen design. If you are logged into your IKEA account, you will get a pop up to add a name for your kitchen design when clicking on the save button. If you are not logged in, you will be taken to a page to either login or to become a member.
If you are still experiencing issues with saving your design, please type 'talk to an agent' to be directed to live chat, or explore further ways to contact IKEA.

Your saved kitchen designs are linked to your email address. To view them, log in to your IKEA account and open the Kitchen planner. Once there, you'll see an overview of all your saved designs.
