Can I upgrade my mattress if I return the old IKEA one?
Mattress purchases may be exchanged for another mattress one time within 90 days. If you would like to upgrade your mattress, you would use your Refund Card for the original purchase price and then pay the price difference of the replacement chosen.
If the replacement mattress is lower in price, the difference will remain on your IKEA Refund Card for you to use towards a future purchase.
All mattress purchases are refunded in the form of an IKEA Refund Card (basically, an IKEA Gift Card).
