    Choose an online planning appointment when:
    • You value convenience and want to plan your kitchen from home.
    • You are comfortable with virtual meetings and screen-sharing technology.
    • You have already taken accurate measurements of your space and have a good idea of the styles you like from browsing online.
  • In-home planning appointment
    An experienced kitchen specialist will visit you at home for a two-hour appointment to both measure your space and plan your kitchen with you. This service is currently only available in selected postcodes and has a fee connected to it.

    Choose an in-home appointment when:
    • You want the ultimate convenience of a specialist coming to you.
    • You want the same person who plans your kitchen to also take or verify the professional measurements, ensuring accuracy from the start.
    • You live within one of the eligible postcodes for this service.
