Can I use a freight forwarder to deliver my order to an address outside of the contiguous United States?

IKEA US eCommerce and IKEA US Phone Sales cannot ship outside of the contiguous United States. IKEA can, however, ship to a freight-forwarding company in the United States, which can then ship to the destination of your choice.

If you're delivery needs to reach outside of the contiguous United States (e.g. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), we recommend delivering to a third-party Freight Forwarder that can in turn deliver to the destination of your choice.

Please note that neither IKEA nor the delivery company will be held responsible for damaged or missing items that are not reported by the Freight Forwarder at the time of delivery.

If merchandise that has been delivered to its final destination by a Freight Forwarder is found to be damaged or missing, please follow your provider’s claims process to resolve the matter.

You can search for a Freight Forwarding company in a local services directory or online. Once you have made your selection and wish to place an order, please process your order online at https://www.ikea.com/us/en/  or contact IKEA Phone Sales directly at 1-888-888-4532.
