I was approved for an IKEA Visa card. When can I start making purchases?
Customers who apply for our Visa credit card in store and online will receive a temporary shopping pass upon approval and their actual card will arrive via USPS in 7-14 business days.
Customers who apply for and are approved for our Visa credit card in store and online will receive a temporary shopping pass. These passes can be used in store, online, and through a paylink. While the temporary shopping pass is valid for 7 days, your new actual credit card will arrive in the mail in 7-14 business days.
Please note that the pass can only be used up to 4 times during this period, and you'll have a maximum spending limit of $1,500. If your approved credit limit falls under $1,500, then the approved limit becomes your maximum amount with the pass.
