How do I upload a photo of my room in IKEA Kreativ?
Uploading a photo of your room is available in Kreativ on both the IKEA app and on the IKEA website. Here's how:
In the app
- Download the IKEA app iOS https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ikea/id1452164827 or Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ingka.ikea.app
- Open the app, log in with your IKEA Family account, and tap your initials at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap IKEA Kreativ Spaces
- Tap the camera icon in the top right corner
- Choose a room type
- Select Photographic wide-angle scan, then choose Upload a photo
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select and then approve your photo
- Wait for the image to process; an email notification will arrive when it's ready
On the web
- Go to IKEA Kreativ https://www.ikea.com/us/en/home-design/ on the web and scroll down to Ways to Start
- Click Use a Photo and upload a photo, or drag and drop it
- Wait for the image to process; an email notification will arrive when it's ready
A few things to keep in mind:
- Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC
- Max file size: 30MB
- Photos of a room or space only, no floor plans or drawings can be used as they aren't supported
