How do I reset my smart blinds to the factory settings along with the remote?

Here is how to fix issues like your blinds not going up or down and the remote not working.

If you find that your blinds are not working as they should be, you may need to reset to the factory settings. You can reset your blinds and/or the remote in no time!

How do I factory reset the blinds?

On the blind, press both actionable buttons together for more than 5 seconds.

How do I reset the remote control to the factory settings?

Press the pairing button on the remote control 4 times.
