What should I do if I can't log into my IKEA Family account?
If you have forgotten your password, you can login with a one-time code or reset your password.
Have you forgotten your password? No problem! On the Login screen, click on 'login with a one-time code' or 'Forgot your password?', and an email or text message will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password.
