What can I do when I have a problem with my order from ASCI?
If you are waiting for your order, start by checking your e-mail to find your order confirmation and your track and trace e-mail. Find your tracking ID and visit the track and trace page to check the status of your order. If you have other issues with your ASCI order, you have to contact their Customer Service team.
f you are missing your order or an item from your order, or if you received a damaged or incorrect item from ASCI, you can make a claim or return. Please visit our spare parts page and find the link to the ASCI contact form. ASCI will respond to you within 24 hours.
