Types of accessibility accommodations provided in-store at IKEA.
All IKEA store locations provide complimentary manual wheelchairs inside the store entrance. Since the safety of all our customers is a priority, IKEA has chosen not to provide motorized scooters, however, visitors are welcome to use their own devices. Unfortunately, we don't allow pets in our stores, but we welcome ADA-qualified service animals specifically trained to work or perform a task for people with disabilities.
