How do I customize or personalize my gift registry?
You can make your IKEA gift registry personal by choosing a photo, name the event and much more. Log in and select the gift registry you want to personalise.
You can customize or personalize your gift registry by going to the gift registry landing page
Here are some of the things you can personalize:
- Click on "Edit photo" and choose from a gallery of photos that fits your occasion best.
- Edit the title and description of the gift registry.
- Event date is always visible below the gift registry description and can be changed at any point.
- Share the gift registry with family and friends via the "Share options" in "Registry Options".
- Add co-registrants by going to "Invite to collaborate" and adding their name to create an invitation link. You can also go to "Registry options" and go to invite to collaborate.
- Add more products to the gift registry list by clicking "Add to gift registry" in the product page, clicking on the gift icon on product shelves in our pages, and browsing through the "Ideas and inspiration" images below the gift registry.
- Delete the gift registry via "Registry options".
Please note that it is no longer possible to create a new gift registry, and any gift registries already created will expire after 27 December 2026.

In your gift registry, click on the "Add to gift registry" button on a product, which looks like a gift! You can add products from any pages, including product pages, searches and the "Ideas and inspiration" pages by clicking on the gift icon along the products besides the "Add to bag" and "Add to favourites" buttons. Additionally, you can add items to your registry while in the store.
