I purchased a product and it's now on sale, can I get a price adjustment?
Although most IKEA promotions are not applicable on previous sales, if some criteria are met, a price adjustment may be offered.
In order to request a price adjustment, the following criteria must be met:
- Original proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- The purchase must be made within the last 90 days if your IKEA Family card was used, or 14 days if not
- The promotion or new price must be current/ongoing (no past sales)
- Some promotions/events require additional conditions that must be met as well (for example, kitchen or bathroom events).
