The door can be hung to open either right or left.

The two panel door has chunky, wide frames with a bevelled edge on the inside. We've kept the details to a minimum and focused on clear lines.

GRIMO is covered in a white foil on both the front and back side, matching perfectly with your white PAX wardrobe frame.

3/8” Gap Between 2 Doors on PAX frameTrinhSo I thought it was me but upon remeasuring and checking the measurements on the website again, these doors are obviously not cut to fit the 39.375” wide PAX frame properly. Both doors total are only 39” wide. It’s very misleading in their photos that there’s no gap between the doors and also nobody has mentioned this flaw. I like the design and they’re sturdy enough for the price but they leave such an unpleasant gap in the closet. The wood surface also scratched easily when I was putting in the PAX shelves. The doors come in a bit closer than the frame itself when open, and with the hinges in the way, you have to be careful putting in the shelves so they don’t scratch against each other. Overall it’s a good product but with a flaw needing to be improved.2

Handles??KevinThe doors themselves are fine, but there is no way to attach knobs or handles. Of course I did not realize this obvious feature was left out until they were all installed. So there is no way to open the doors without grabbing the top or bottom of the door, despite what is shown in the pictures. Ikea support was totally unhelpful and told me to hire taskrabbit to drill the holes that should have been there in the first place. “Maybe” it was a manufacturing defect, they said. A complete waste of time and money.1

What is fibreboard?

Fiberboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fiberboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
