Doesn’t fit my couchAnonymous reviewerI bought an Ektorp couch in 2020. This cover does not fit the cushions, and the cover is about 6 inches too short. Product is completely unusable for me.
As I assumed being the only option it would fit, I cut the tags off inside the cushion covers. Now I cannot return it.
The fabric is nice. I like the color. Everything is just the wrong size.

Now it’s a BRAND new sofa! Woot Woot! SheraI was nervous at first, but decided to order. The reviews were mixed with some saying it was too small for their Ektorp sofa. IKEA did sell a larger Ektorp sofa called the Ektorp 3.5 which is larger at 98” wide. This replacement cover is for the smaller Ektorp sofa about 86” wide. So make sure you know which sofa you have. It comes with all the cushion covers, as well (the description is a little vague on that). It’s also a different fabric than the original covers…but overall still a great cover and awesome price to refresh an older sofa and get a little more life out of it. Extremely pleased with this purchase!! The color is a very pretty light tan color.
Bad consumer infoGeraldI bought an Ektorp in 2010. I just recently decided on a new cover and found this one. I had the same problem as Jennifer from 7/01/23. Why are the dimensions off on the couch covers? Did Ikea re-release the Ektorp with new dimensions at some point? The slip doesnt fit and cushions are much smaller. Seems like its for a couch thats 6" less wide than my Ektorp. How can you fix this and get me the right slip cover?

This a lovely sofa cover, it’s a soft sage green, velvet like fabric. These new covers have been cut a bit bigger so it is easier to get them on and off. Makes the sofa look brand new.
