Cute but quickly stopped workingStarThe can is really stylish and a perfect size for the bathroom. Unfortunately after only a few weeks the touch aspect of the lid stopped completely working. So now I have to fully take off the top every time just to use it.

Attractive, a great size, and I was very happy with it until the touch-top lid stopped working regularly. This makes it basically unusable, because taking off the entire top is very inconvenient. I inspected it to make sure there wasn't anything blocking the spring mechanism, but i's perfectly clean. I got it working again somehow, but I question how long it'll be until the next time it proves frustreating.
Amazing Trash CanLoriI love this trash can. I bought it so my little dog couldn’t get in the garbage but I also love that it’s at a much more convenient level and mounting it on the wall gets rid of the garbage can on the floor which looks nicer. I’m getting more!

Great price for qualityHepiThis is a good looking trash can I purchased for compost. I had been using the competition's $49.95 version for regular trash. I like my trash on the counter to prevent my dogs from going into them and I like to dispose of the content frequently, hence the 1 gallon. I would make 2 adjustments. Cut down the height by 2.75 inches and make it longer while keeping width the same. The 2nd adjustment would be to make the top portion a bit heavier so it doesn't jump up every time I press open. Still deserves a 5 star IMO.

Story
Harmony in the bathroom, one detail at a time
The bathroom is a vital part of the home, but it is often small, cluttered and improvised. Okan Demirci, one of our product developers, knows this first-hand. So when starting working on VOXNAN and BROGRUND bathroom accessories, his aim was to help make bathroom life a little easier. The difficult part was to find common needs among different people. That’s where Okan’s many colleagues came in handy.
Several of them were invited to a workshop. They all had different homes and life situations. Some were Swedes who lived in houses in the woods. Others were from Italy and France. Some lived alone, and others with a partner or children.
Working together to find common bathroom needs
Designing little details that make life better
Two designers worked together to solve the challenges identified in the workshop. Take the clutter from lack of space to hang things. Our towel holders already save space with swiveling bars, but they added bars that extend for more tidiness. And what about shared bathrooms? VOXNAN and BROGRUND have styles you can mix and match so everyone’s happy. The accessories have identical wall brackets, too, so if your style or needs change, you can easily swap things without making new holes. ”It’s not a revolution,” Okan says. “It’s just the little details that can help people turn their bathroom chaos into harmony.”

What is stainless steel?
Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing items – without losing its valuable properties.
