The adjustable shelf is extra heat- and impact-resistant and has a high load-bearing capacity since it is made of tempered glass.

The mirror comes with safety film on the back, which reduces the risk of injury if the glass is broken.

Hemnes Medicine cabinetAmyAlthough I like the style and function of this cabinet, we did have to change our plans for its use. Because of the fact that it hangs on the wall and has a decent depth for shelves, it could not be used with a typical vanity light that hangs above a medicine cabinet. It needs scones on either side for lighting. Since we did not have the room for scones, we are using it as an over the toilet storage cabinet instead.5

The only drawback is that you have to be taller to see yourself on the mirror. We had to bring it lower (10 above sink rather than 12) so that our 5'2 daughter could see herself on the mirror.4

What is mirror glass?

Mirror glass is made of mostly of ordinary glass with a reflective coating in some kind of metal.
