GreatKarlThis item makes organizing items you can hang easy and it's not over priced. The only thing that might make it even better is if there was a means to adjust the height. Regardless, it serves it's purpose well and looks good.
Defective hook, and slightly bent metalMeeraI was unable to use this because one of the hooks that's meant to be unscrewed was stuck. The other one came out super easily, I could use my fingers to simply turn the hook and it came off the screw. But the other one wouldn't budge, not even using a sturdy screwdriver. I can't return it because the nearest Ikea is 2 hours away. Oh well. It does still hang off the door since that one hook worked, but it's now a vertical hanger. The metal is also slightly bent in the middle so it won't even sit flat on the door. I'm not sure if that happened during shipping or when it was made. As soon as I get a proper over-the-door coat hanger, I'm throwing it out.

Sturdy GraceThis was thicker and heavier metal than expected. Given the design it is very secure on the door thus no wobbles or extended arm issues. The multiple hooks handle the few items that do not need to go into closets. If I had another door for this I would get another one!

Awkard size of assembly screwsThomas- The guide suggests that either philips or flathead screwdrivers will work. This is untrue due to the construction of the screw.
- A standard-size philips screwdriver will not fit these screws. I will have to order a larger screwdriver in order to assemble this product.
Earlier reviews suggest that this product used to come either pre-assembled, or as one solid chunk requiring no assembly. That's not the case now.
Overall, I wish I hadn't ordered it. I will have to either throw it out or spend more money on a specialized tool just for this hanger.
