The IKEA Shopping Experience Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN FLORIDA, GEORGIA, AND TENNESSEE ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU AE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN ONE OF THE UNITED STATES JURISDICTIONS LISTED ABOVE. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT OR EVENT PROVIDER.  

  1. DESCRIPTION:  The IKEA Shopping Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  Four (4) potential Prize (as defined below) winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (as defined below) agrees to comply with and abide by these official rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of IKEA North America Services, LLC, 420 Alan Wood Road Conshohocken, PA 19428 (the “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. 
  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, and who are members in good standing of the IKEA Family program.  To register for the IKEA Family program for free visit: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/ikea-family/.  If you have misplaced your IKEA Family program card or number, visit https://www.ikea.com/us/en/ikea-family/.  Employees of contractors, directors and officers of IKEA North America Services, LLC, and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, partners, advertising, promotion, Sweepstakes agencies or other companies associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family members (defined for these purposes as including spouse, parents, children, and siblings and each of their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void outside the states of FL, GA, and TN and where prohibited by law.  
  3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:  To enter, i) click the link using your personal mobile or desktop device with WIFI or other internet access; ii) complete the required fields (e.g., IKEA Family number, first name, last name, email address); and iii) click “Submit” to enter the Sweepstakes.  Upon submission of the completed entry form, the individual is deemed an “Entrant” for purposes of the Sweepstakes and will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  LIMIT: one (1) entry per IKEA Family member account during the Sweepstakes Period.  In the event more than one (1) entry is received from any Entrant, the first entry processed will be considered the only valid entry received and all additional entries will be void.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or invalid entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. 
  4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:  On or around November 24, 2025, four (4) potential winners will be randomly drawn from among the eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  There will be a total of four (4) potential winners.  All drawings are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Sponsor will notify each potential winner by email provided during entry or otherwise linked to their IKEA Family account.  The potential Prize winner must respond to Sponsor via email within twenty-four (24) hours of notification or Sponsor reserves the right to select another potential Prize winner from among all eligible entries.  The potential Prize winners will need to redeem their Prize by emailing the Sponsor email address provided with the Prize details to schedule a day and time for an in-store shopping experience at the applicable IKEA store location closest to each Prize winner.  Prizes must be redeemed within fourteen (14) days of notification. 
  5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS:  Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) $500 IKEA digital gift card (the “Prize”).  Total Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes: $2,000.00.  

    The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded.  The winners may not substitute, assign, or transfer the Prize or redeem the Prize for cash.  Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor.  All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners.  Terms and conditions of digital gift card apply; see digital gift card for details.  Winner may need to provide Sponsor with valid identification and a signed IRS Form W-9 before the Prize will be awarded. If required by law, winners may be issued a 1099 tax form for the Prize value.  
  6. PRIZE REDEMPTION:  Potential Prize winners may be subject to verification of eligibility, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form (“Release”) within twenty-four (24) hours from notification.  If a potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if Prize notification or any Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner cannot collect Prize within designated time, the potential winner will be disqualified.  In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternate Entrant who will also be selected randomly, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have been publicly announced.  Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of Entrants.  If a Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a Prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the Prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.  Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the Entrant.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.   
  7. PUBLICITY RELEASE:  Except where legally prohibited, each winner’s acceptance of a Prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, portrait, picture, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and/or Prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes for any and all media now known or developed in the future, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, limitation, restriction, notice, review or approval. 
  8. GENERAL:  Failure to provide any requested information to verify eligibility, and/or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected.  Acceptance of a Prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or Prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, unless prohibited by law.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.   
  9. LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES:  By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize, each Entrant and Prize winner agrees to hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their respective parent companies, affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents from any and all liability, injury, harm, loss, damage cost or expense of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, attendance at the Event, and the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Prize and/or with respect to participation in any Prize-related activity or for any cause of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or Prize delivery.  

    Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.  No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.  Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.  
  10. DISPUTES:  By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any class action and all claims, awards and judgments shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees.  No Entrant is permitted to obtain any award for, and waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.  Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the validity, construction, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes or Official Rules shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have. 
  11. RIGHT TO CANCEL: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes and/or Event for any reason, including but not limited to if it is not capable of running it as planned, including for any causes beyond the control of Sponsor which affect administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant it finds tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials.  Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. 
  12. PRIVACY: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants may be sharing their personal information with Sponsor subject to these Official Rules.  Personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and awarding the Prize.  For information about how Sponsor uses your personal information, please see our privacy policy, located at https://www.ikea.com/us/en/customer-service/privacy-policy/.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list. 
  13. WINNER’S LIST: For a copy of the Winner’s List, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The IKEA Shopping Experience Sweepstakes Winner’s List, c/o IKEA North America Services, LLC, 420 Alan Wood Road Conshohocken, PA 19428.  Requests for a winner’s list must be received thirty (30) days after the winners of the Sweepstakes are chosen.
