Without you, we couldn't be EXSA-ordinary!

IKEA Singapore is proud to celebrate 188 co-workers who were recognized for their outstanding service at the Excellent Service Awards (EXSA) held in October 2025. Among them, one co-worker stood out for going beyond in customer service - becoming the first in IKEA Singapore to win the Superstar Award 1st runner up.

This year, the number of award recipients grew from 150 to 188, showing our strong commitment to creating great experiences for customers.

Organised by the Singapore Retailers Association (SRA), EXSA honours individuals who deliver exceptional service and go the extra mile for customers. The awards are conferred at three levels: Silver, Gold, and Star. To win an EXSA award, individuals must consistently receive compliments from customers and demonstrate a strong commitment to going beyond the call of duty. In addition to these three levels, there is a special recognition – the Superstar Award who are Star award winner, nominated for exemplary service excellence.

 

We are proud to celebrate Joseph Fung, who achieved the 1st runner up in the Superstar Award, competing against two other recipients from other companies. Joseph is the first Superstar Award winner among our three stores in Singapore, truly leading by example and inspiring all of us.
