Chocolate truffles with coffee flavour

Treat yourself to a little bit of luxury. Infused with coffee and crunch, the velvety goodness of these chocolate truffles create everyday moments of pure bliss.

Serves 15 | Time:  20 minutes + 2 hours

Ingredients:

2  x 100 g BELÖNING dark chocolate with coffee crunch
2 tbsp PÅTÅR coffee, cold and strong
1 dl whipping cream
A pinch of flake salt
2 tbsp cocoa

Step by step:

  1. Gently heat the whipping cream. Finely chop the BELÖNING dark chocolate and add it to the cream.
  2. Add cold coffee and flake salt. Stir until all the BELÖNING dark chocolate has melted.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour to solidify.
  4. Roll the chocolate mixture into balls and then in cocoa.

 

Tip!
For some variation, you can replace the cocoa and roll the truffles in chopped nuts.
