When you have unpacked and rolled out your rug, it will take up to 2 days before it regains its original shape.

Bad qualityLenaI am terribly disappointed with this purchase. The color of the rug is not homogeneous and completely different from the photo on the website. It’s patches of light and dark colours as the fibres are of different colors. I can only see this after removing from the packaging but have been told this is non returnable since it’s “used”. It’s also deemed as not a defect. How can it be when it’s completely different from the photo in the website. Ikea’s customer service is also very bad and no one attended to my complaint via WhatsApp.1
