The drawer does not provide a smooth rolling effect, and I find that I need to exert force when pulling or pushing it. The lack of a smooth rolling effect detracts from the overall user experience and convenience.
I believe that addressing this issue would significantly enhance the usability of the drawer and improve customer satisfaction. As a customer, I value products that not only meet aesthetic expectations but also function seamlessly.
