How can I view my order?
As an IKEA Family member, you can easily take part of your order by logging in to your IKEA Family account. If you're not an IKEA Family member, you can use our self-service "track and manage orders and bookings" on IKEA.se instead.
If you registered your purchase on your IKEA Family membership, you can log in to your IKEA Family account to view your order. To log in to your IKEA Family account, you can either use your Bank-ID or you can use your email address or phone number and password.
If you are not an IKEA Family member, you can instead go to track and manage orders and bookings on IKEA.se. Keep in mind that you will need your order number and the email address or phone number that was used to place the order.
