Can I get spare parts for my IKEA product?
Have some broken pieces on your hands or some have gone missing? You can order smaller assembly parts on your own via our website and it's for free.
To order the right piece, you will need the assembly part's unique 6-digit number which you can find in the assembly instructions. If you haven't kept the instructions, you can visit the product page on our website, click on "Product details" and then click on "Assembly & documents" to find it online.
Click here to read more about and order smaller spare parts and assembly parts. They will be delivered to your address, and it can take up to two weeks.
If you need a bigger spare part or you can't find a 6-digit number, contact our customer service to find out what solution is available to make your product live longer.
