How often should I change the charcoal filter?
If your fan has a non-washable charcoal filter and you cook every day, we recommend changing the charcoal filter every three to four months. In our range of fans from 2020 onwards, all charcoal filters are washable and can be reused for up to three years.
You can view and purchase our new charcoal filters here.
Do you need to purchase a charcoal filter that has been discontinued from our range? Contact the manufacturer of the fan to buy the filter as a spare part.
