Can I order new key cards for my ROTHULT smart lock?
Each ROTHULT smart lock comes with two unique key cards, which only fit the lock they come with. For security reasons, it is not possible to order new key cards as a spare part, but if the cards should break or disappear, the entire lock needs to be replaced.
Your ROTHULT smart lock comes with two key cards that are uniquely paired with your lock for maximum security. To keep your home safe, we’re unable to provide additional or replacement cards separately. If the cards are lost or damaged, the best solution is to replace the entire lock to ensure continued protection.
