How do I cancel or change my kitchen order?

Sometimes things don’t go as planned – and that’s okay. You can easily change or cancel your order through our "Track and manage my order" service.

You can track or manage your order by going to our self-service "Track and manage my order."

If you're unable to cancel your order online, it may be because your order is already being prepared. In that case, you'll need to receive the delivery first and then return the items if you've changed your mind.

Have you placed a Click & Collect order? If so, it will be automatically cancelled if you don’t pick it up within 24 hours after your selected pickup time.
