What does it mean when a food product is UTZ/Rainforest Alliance certified?
The UTZ/Rainforest Alliance is a certification that guarantees that the production of the food has taken place with great consideration for social and environmental aspects. It guarantees sustainable agricultural practices and fair conditions for workers.
UTZ is part of the Rainforest Alliance since 2018.
