What does the error code shown on the heating mode display of my induction hob mean?

The symbol "E" lights up on the heating mode display
Cause: The product has an internal electrical fault or a problem with the power supply.
Solution: Check the fuses in the fuse box of the home and disconnect the power to the product for 30 minutes. There are usually two fuses for the hob. Often, half of the stove will work, and it will be fine to use. If the fault is not resolved, contact customer service to call a service person.
The symbol "ER03/E3" lights up on the heating mode display
Cause: There is liquid, dirt, or a cooking pot on the control panel
Solution: Wipe the control panel and make sure it is dry before activating the product again.
The symbol "E4/ER21" lights up on the heating mode display
Cause: The overheating protection of the cooking zone has been activated.
Solution: Switch off the product and remove the hot cooking pot. After a few minutes, activate the cooking zone again.

Cause: The product has an internal electrical fault or a problem with the power supply.
Solution: Check the fuses in the fuse box of the house and disconnect the power to the product for 30 minutes. There are usually two fuses for the hob. If the problem is not resolved, contact customer service to call a service person.
